Shipping policy

All Cihaiyura services are delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped.

Edited manuscripts, reports, design files, ebook and print-ready files, and marketing assets are delivered by email, or through a shared folder link for large files. Consultations and sessions take place online.

Your delivery date is confirmed in writing before work begins. Edits typically take three weeks to three months, depending on manuscript length and scope. Manuscript assessments and sample edits take one to two weeks.

We work with authors in India and abroad. If you have not received your files by the confirmed date, email cihaiyura@gmail.com and we will sort it out.
